Sweet Potato Custard

Ingredients
3 lb peeled cubed sweet potatoes3 tbl Butter2 Tbls Molasses1 cup 1% Milk1 !tsp cinnimin1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup Brown Sugar to Top It
Directions
Pell and cube poatatoes. Boil till tender. Using potato Masher , mash sweet potatoes and butter until smooth.
Add milk and beaten eggs , and mix with Cinnimin.and splenda. Pour out into baking dish and top with Brown Sugar.
Use a 6X9 or 8X8 Dish with high sides.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving is 1/9 of baked product.
