cauliflower potato bhaji

Ingredients
* Cauliflower, chopped, 8-10 big flowerets * 1 medium potato-diced * Onions, -1/2, chopped * Red Ripe Tomato 1 medium chopped * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1tspcumin seeds - 1 tsphing - 1/4 tspturmeric - 1/2 tspcoriander powder - 1.5 tspginger-garlic paste- 2 tspcumin powder - 1/2 tspred chilli powder - 1tsp or moregaram masala-1 tspcoriander leaves - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Directions
heat oil
add seeds,hing, let crackle,
add onions, fry till translucent
add tomatoes, red chilli, turmeric, fry till oil separates from spices-about 5-7 min
add salt, ginger garlic paste, potatoes, cauliflower, coriander and cumin. mix well, add 1/4 cup water ,
cover and cook for 10 min till veggies are soft
add garam masala, coriander leaves , mix
turn off stove
serve
