Ingredients
1 cup Semolina 1/2 cup yogurt1/2 cup mix veg cut(frozan/fresh)1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup tomato(sliced/chopped)salt 1/2 tsp or to taste1 pinch cumin seeds(optional)oil
Directions
1.mix all ingredients except oil.
2.Add water to make a thick paste. keep this for 10 min to get the semolina moisten.
3.spray pan with cooking oil and pour about 1/2 cup of better on pan
4.tilt and rotate pan make as you make omelette and cook both the sides.
5.serve with tomato catchup. Enjoy.
