Better For You Oatmeal Pecan Raisin Cookies

Bestlife Buttery Baking Sticks, 16 tbsp (2 Sticks)Egg white, 4 eggs worthBrown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp All-Purpose Flour, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Quaker Oats , 3 cup Raisins, 0.5 cup Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Slowly stir in oats.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on sheet, remove to wire rack.
