Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Basil

Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic, minced2 tsp olive oil6 plum tomatoes, chopped8 oz whole wheat pasta1/2 c grated mozzarella6 T chopped fresh basilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Start water boiling for the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, saute the garlic with the olive oil for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper and simmer for 7 minutes. Drain the pasta, add it to the tomato mixture, toss with mozzarella & basil, and serve.
