Reduced Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 potatoes cut and boiled with skin on1 c reduced fat mayo3 hard boiled eggs2 TBSP dill pickle relish1 tsp balsamic vinegar2 TBSP mustardonion if desired
Directions
10 3/4 c servings

Boil potatoes with skin on. Let cool. Dice hard boiled eggs, Add mustard, mayo, dill relish, vinegar to potatoes. Mix well. Let sit in refridgerator for 2 hours.
