2 cups lentils, dried1 cup onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped2 cups butternut squash, cubed8 cups water1/2 cup tomato paste1 slice smoked ham steak, cubed1/2 tsp dried thyme1 pkg spinach, frozen
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
