Vegan "Meatball" Sub

Multi-grain or whole wheat sub roll, 1Low sodium marinara sauce, 1/4-1/2 cupmushrooms, fresh, sliced, 1/4 cuponions, 3 thick slices365 vegan meatballs, 3vegan mozzarella cheese, 2 slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Toast roll, lightly
Heat meatballs per package instructions
Prepare vegetables
When sub is toasted, put marinara sauce on both sides, top one side with onions and mushrooms and the other with the meatballs. Put one slice of cheese over veggies and one slice of cheese over meatballs. Put in oven on 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
