Ingredients
2 cup Arugula.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded1 tsp Pepper, black!/2 Clove Garlic Mashed into a pasteSqueeze of Lemon juice You can also add cooked chicken breast to up your protein count if needed.
Directions
Mash the garlic with a pinch of salt to make it into a paste. Then add your olive oil, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Mix together.Tossed in your Arugula and parmesan with your dressing . Enjoy
