Kidney Bean Omelet

Ingredients
1 c. kidney beans1 oz cheddar cheese1/2 c. onion, chopped1/2 c. green pepper1/2 avocado2 eggs1/4 c. salsa
Directions
cook onions, peppers and kidney beans until onions are clear. Remove from skillet.
Scramble eggs and put in pan. Add onions, peppers and beans, cheese, avocado and salsa.
When eggs are set, fold one side over the other.
