Rosie's South Beach Chili Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 med chopped onion6 cloves of chopped garlic1 large chopped green bell pepper5 large chopped mushrooms4 cups chopped okra2 cups black beans2 cups white kidney beans4 cups green beans6 cups pureed stewed tomatoes1 large can tomatoe paste2 tbsp curry powder3 tbsp salt1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
Directions
In a very large pot, sautee onion, green pepper in olive oil. When softened, add garlic and mushroom.
Add tomatoe puree and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add the tomatoe paste and bring back to a boil.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium heat stirring often for 1/2 hour.
