Sesame and Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients
2 4 oz. tilapia fillets1/4 cup sesame oil1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp Italian seasoningkosher salt to tastefresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix sesame oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Place tilapia in a dish. Drizzle the sesame oil mixture over both sides. Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Transfer tilapia and marinade to a baking dish, and bake 30 minutes. Tilapia is done when it is easily flaked with a fork.
