1 egg2 egg whiteshalf a tomato choppedhalf an onion choppedcoriander leavesgreen chillies mincedginger minced - 1/2 tspcumin powder-1/2 tspcoriander powder -1/2 tspsalt olive oil - 1 tsp
Directions
heat oil
add chillies, ginger, saute
add onions, tomato, saute till soft
add spices, coriander leaves, salt
add beaten egg mixture,
let it set on low flame, flip if required, or scramble
