Shredded wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C. whole wheat flour2 Post shredded wheat biscuits, crushed1T. Baking PowderPinch salt2t. ground cinniman 3 Pks. splenda1/4 C. egg substitute1C. fat free milk1T. applesauce
Directions
Combine all dry ing. Make well in center pour in wet ing. that you have combined in a small bowl. Spray skillet and cook over medium heat. Flip when bubbles form on top.

NOTE: If mixture thickens add a little water at a time.
