Simple Quick Stirfry

Ingredients
1.2 lbs of chicken1 tsp. of ginger2 tsps. of olive oilStir fry vegetables such as bok choy, cabbage and snap peas2tbsp. of soy sauceBrown rice
Directions
In a fry pan, add olive oil, garlic and ginger. Cook till slightly tender. Cut up chicken and add to fry pan and add a pinch of ground pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through, add soy sauce (Soyaki sauce) and then add stirfry vegetables. Once veggies are cooked but crisp, your all done. Just add rice and serve.
