Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)sweet corn (Linda), 2 cup (remove)chick peas/ garbanzo beans, 0.5 cup (remove)red beans (mamá), 15 oz (remove)black beans (monte fresco), 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*Wishbone Romano Basil Vinaigrette, 6 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add all ingredients mix. Refridgerate. Tastes better the longer it sits. Add Feta for a change. (200 calories per 1/2cup)
