Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin1/4 cup of fat free evaporated milk1/2 cup of Egg Beaters1/4 cup sugar2 tsp pumpkin pie spicePhyllo dough mini tart shellsCool Whip Free
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
arrange tarts on cookie sheet
mix first 5 ingredients. spoon into shells and bake for 18 minutes.
allow to cool completely
top with 1 Tbs of Cool Whip per tart serving is 2 tarts
