spicy cilantro lime chicken black bean and corn soup

Ingredients
8 oz. left over diced chicken breast2 cups frozen corn & black bean fiesta mix (from GFS)1/4 cup each diced onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots2 tbsp chicken boulliion or chicken base1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp crushed garlic2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro2 tbsp or juice of 1 lime4 cups water
Directions
saute diced veggies in pot with non-stick spray
add remaining ingredients except lime and cilantro
bring to boil, reduce heat, cook 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to come together and frozen veggies to thaw and cook thru
turn off heat
add lime juice and cilantro
