Flour, white, 2 cupCanola Oil, 1/3 cup Cold Water, 1/4 cup
preheat oven. Place flour into bowl and drizzle oil over the top, use a pastry blender to evenly distribute the oil and produce a mixture the consistency of coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle on the water, 1 tbsp at a time and continue mixing until you can gather the dough into a ball. Seperate into 2 balls. Roll 1 ball into an 11 inch circle on a floured surface. (I roll it between 2 sheets of wax paper and that works great. Transfer to 9 inch pie pan. fill with desired filling. and repeat with other ball and top pie. Bake according to you8 pie recipe directions
