Risotto with Turkey Sausage & Peas

Ingredients
6 Hot Italian turkey sausage links1 1/2 cups risotto1 large onion, diced2 cloves of garlic2 tbsp olive oil1 cup of peas4 cups of water (add chicken bouillion)1 tbsp buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
sweat onions & garlic in olive oil until translucent
remove turkey sausage from casings and cook. break it up for small pieces
make a well in the center of onion-sausage mixture and melt butter. add risotto. stir for about 2 minutes.
add water with boullion 1 cup at a time until the rice soaks it up.
salt and pepper to taste.
add peas last minute.
add salt and pepper to taste
