Ingredients
1 medium tomato, 1 cup sliced red/green/yellow peppers, 1/2 medium onion, 1 dash black pepper, 1 dash salt, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar (cider/balsamic), basil, mint, parsley
Directions
In a bowl add the chopped tomato, the pepper, the onion, the dash of black pepper and salt, the olive oil and vinegar. add some basil and mint leafs and freshly chopped parsley. if you want you can add some nuts or pistachio (the calorie count doesn't include any nuts). Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
