Directions
(1) cup cooked leftover Asparagus(2) large fresh eggs(1/3) cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese(1) tbsp Country Crock Light Spread(1/2) teaspoon salt(1) teaspoon black pepper
Melt Country Crock spread in a skillet.
Add:
(1) cup cold (leftover) Asparagus, warm it up.
Add:
(2) eggs
(1/3) cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
(1/2) teasp Salt
(1) teasp black pepper
Stir all together. Cook until scrambled eggs are done.
