Spinach, Artichoke and Crab dip

Ingredients
16 oz of fat free cream cheese2 cans of Artichoke hearts (the non marinated kind)15 oz of lump crab meat10 oz frozen spinach1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese1 clove garlic
Directions
Cook frozen spinach in microwave and press between two towels to remove all the water.

Finely chop garlic clove and combine all ingredients together.

Pour into baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Serve with fresh veggies and bagel chips.
