Ingredients
8 Chicken Thighs1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup Panko Bread CrumbsThen whatever seasoning you want.
Directions
Mix the Panko bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning together then dredge the chicken. Place the chicken on a slightly oil cooking dish and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Then take the cover off and let cook for another 15 minutes.

    This recipe was easy and delicious. I used a pinch of Italian seasonings. The crust is lighter than other Panko recipes where you dip the chicken in flour and egg/milk sauce first but my husband and I like light. - 11/23/10
