9" deep dish pie shell1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. shredded colby/jack shredded cheese1/2 c. diced ham1/3 c. chopped onion5 large eggs1 med. tomato chopped1 1/8 c. 1/2 &1/2 cream1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Layer cheese & onion in pie shell. Sprinkle the seasonings over this layer.
Add whatever other ingredients you want. Receipe is calculated to the ingredients I added.
Mix eggs and whipping cream, pour into pie shell to fill shell
Bake at 350 F. for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until top is golden brown.
