2 scoops protein powder (I used Isoflex chocolate flavor)1/2 cup carob or cocoa powder1/4 cup oat fiber (you can put .25c oatmeal in the blender if you don't have this)3/4 cup wheat bran 1 cup pumpkin3/4 cup egg beater / egg whites1/2 cup - 1 cup zucchini shredsStevia or other non calorie sweetener to taste (i used 1/3 cup xylitol)pinch of baking soda, baking powder, and salt
* Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 8 pan with nonstick baking spray.
* Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan.
* Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
