DA's Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 Pound ground Venison1 Cup chopped Onion1 Pachage Taco Seasoning Mix1/4 Cup H2O1 Cup Canned Corn1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 Cup Fat Free Cheddar CheeseI cup Chopped TomatoGreen Onions SlicedRomain Lettuse2 Cups Shredded Purple Cabbage1 Cup Salsa for Dressing
Directions
Brown meat rinse and drain. Add onion, corn, water and seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat and cool.
Mix together lettuse, cabbage and tomatoes - divide among 4 bowls. Top with meat mixture, sour cream, cheese, salsa and green onions.
