Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 1.5 cupsWhole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cupBrown Sugar, .25 cup, packedEgg, fresh, 1 largeButter, Crystal Farms - salted, 2T melted meltedAlmonds, 1 ounce (28 grams) sliveredCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 28 gramsBaking Powder, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, .75 tsp
Combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Combine wet & dry mixes. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Yummy with fresh fruit & a drizzle of milk over it.
