Slow Cooker Autumn Chicken Stew

Ingredients
2 large carrots sliced1 butternut squash seeded, peeled and cubed1 large red onion chopped2 red potatos cubed1/2 sweet potato peeled and cubed2 cups of low sodium chicken broth1 tsp of dried rosemary1rsp of dried thyme1/2 tsp of salt4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
Directions
Place vegetables in slow cooker. Pour in broth and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of rosemary, 1/2 tsp of thyme, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with the remaining spices. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir spinach into hot liquid until wilted and serve!
