Impossible Pumpkin pie

Ingredients
1 16oz can pumpkin3/4 cup sugar ( can use brown or mixture of both brown and white)1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup bisquick or other biscuit baking mix2 Tbl softened or melted butter1 can evaporated skim milk 2 eggs2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( or mix cinnamin, allspice, ginger, nutmeg and cloves together)2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease or spray 9 or 10 inch pie plate ( this recipe works very well in 9 inch square pan as well).
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute, or in a bowl with rotary beater for 2 minutes, till smooth.
Pour into pie plate or pan.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 50-55 minutes depending on pan used.
Cool, refrigerate and serve with whipped cream if desired.
