Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter1 tsp olive oil1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp capers1/4 C lemon juice1/4 C white wine
Directions
In saute pan, melt butter add olive oil. Once butter is melted add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, white wine and capers, simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle over cooked fish or chicken. Serves 6.
