Mai's Cornish Hens in mushroom sauce

Ingredients
Chicken, cornish hens, 2 bird whole Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Sour Cream, .75 cup cooking oilSeasoning: chili powder, garlic powder, oragneo, and rosemary
Directions
season cornish hens. brown hens on both sides (3-4 mins per side) in frying pan in a bit of oil, just enough to grease bottom of frying pan. once hens are browned a medium golden color on each side put hens in crock pot. mix soup and sour cream together. pour soup and sour cream mixture on hens. cook on high for about 3 hours.

* Don't add any salt because the cream of mushroom has enough salt in it.
