20oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey2 cups frozen corn1 can Light Red Kidney Beans (1.75 cups)1 can Bush's Best Reduced Sodium Black Beans (1.5 cups)1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Hot) (1.75 cups)1 can Garbanzo (Chick Peas) (1.75 cups)1 packet McCormick Chili Seasoning mix (30% Less Sodium) (4tbsp)1 tbsp Olive OilWater (1-2 cups)
Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a pan and brown the ground turkey.
Remove from heat and mix in Chili Seasoning mix.
Add diced tomatoes/green chilies mix and return to LOW heat. Cover and simmer.
Rinse garbanzos and blend to a paste-like consistency.
Rinse kidney and black beans.
Add corn and garbanzos to a 4-5 quart pot over medium heat. Stir in water until mixture attains a soup like consistency.
Stir in kidney and black beans.
Stir in the turkey/tomato mixture.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
