Healthy Low-Cal, Sugar-free, fat-free, Vegan cupcake for ONE

Ingredients
3 T flour (spelt or ww pastry)1/16 t salt1 T unsweetened applesauce OR 1 T oil or a combo1 T liquid (dairy free milk or water)1/4 t vanilla extract1/4 t baking powderSweetener- I used liquid stevia drops (2-5, depending on your taste). If you use a non-liquid sweetener, increase the liquid added by 1 tsp.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Spray your muffin tin/cup with non stick spray
4. Fill muffin cup with batter
5. Level the top of the batter with a knife or spoon so it is smooth
6. Bake 13-17 minutes
