Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/4 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder2 Tbs margarine1/2 cup skim milk2 cups canned peaches, fresh fruit or berries, sliced1/2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbs sugar
Directions
Melt margarine in a 9 inch square casserole dish in 325 degree oven while combining flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until blended.

Pour batter in baking dish and sprinkle fruit on top. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
