Zucchini and Cheddar Spread

Ingredients
This is a way to use up fresh zucchini out of the garden. Or make this with store bought. 1 cup shredded zucchini4 tbsp shredded onion1 cup shredded cheddar 3/4 cup light mayo1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp garlic powderdash each salt/ pepper (optional I don't use it)
Directions
shredd the veggies and squeeze out all extra water. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate atleast 2 hours. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated over night. Also to cut the fat you could use fat free mayo/cheese if you wanted to. Serve this with crackers/veggies!!!!!!!
