5 potatoes, peeled and diced1 cup carrots, peeled and diced1 lb. turkey bacon, raw and diced1 medium onions, diced3 stalks celery, diced1/2 cups vinegar1/2 cups sugar1 cups Water, cold1 T Salt 1 T Pepper
Peel and dice potatoes and carrots. In large pot, boil till tender, drain and set aside. In same pot, fry chopped turkey bacon till crisp, drain grease. Add onion and celery and cook till tender. Combine vinegar, sugar, starch and water; add to pot and boil till thick. Add potatoes and carrots, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes
