15.4oz package of Marrakesh Express Curry Couscous (makes about 2.5 cups when preparied)1/2 TBSP I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER LIGHT SPREAD1 11oz can mandarin oranges drained1 small red onion thinly sliced1/4 c. Kitchens of India Shredded Mango Chutney1/4 c. Kraft Miracle Whip Free (or fatfree mayo)1/4 c. slivered almonds toasted1/4 c. golden raisins6 8" Tumaros Low in Carbs Garden Vegetable Tortillas
Makes 6 wrap sandwiches
Prepare couscous as directed on package, subbing 1/TBSP light margarine for the oil/butter called for.
Mix prepared couscous, ornanges, onion, chutney, salad dressing, almonds, raisins.
Divide mixture evenly among the 6 tortillas. Roll up and serve.
