Turkey Apple Blue Cheese Salad

3.5 oz ground turkey breast, 1 diced apple, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 2 large slices onion, 3 sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup diced red pepper, 1 green onion, about 10 craisins, Lowfat blue cheese (crumbled) to taste, 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, black pepper to taste.
Makes 1 good sized salad. (so be sure to multiply recipe by number of people you are serving!)
In a small skillet brown ground turkey breast with seasonings/spices. When turkey is somewhat cooked add in onion, mushrooms, pepper, and any other desired veggies. Place cabbage and then apple into salad bowls. Top with sautéed veggies and turkey breast. Crumble blue cheese, and sprinkle craisins on top, drizzling balsamic to taste. Enjoy
