Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Turkey Ham

4 medium potatoes, sliced1/3 cup reduced fat Sargento chedder cheese1/4 cup onion, chopped1 1/4 cup Jennie-O Turkey Ham, cubed1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup1 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp white pepper
Place sliced potatoes in slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded cheese, onion and turkey ham. Add to potatoes in slow cooker and stir to mix together. Using the same bowl, mix together soup and skim milk until blended. Add garlic, salt, white pepper and black pepper to soup mixture. Pour evenly over the potato mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
