Crockpot Mexican Quinoa

Ingredients
* Beans, black, 425 grams * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 2 clove * *Cumin seed, 2 tsp * Chili powder, 1 tsp * Paprika, 1 tsp * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup * *kosher salt, 1 tsp * *Spinach, Dole Baby Spinach, 3.5 cup * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Crushed Tomatoes, 400 grams * Chicken Broth, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Put everything into a crock pot, set on medium, let cook for 3-4 hours, until quinoa is fully cooked. Stir pot a few times.
