Betty's Low Carb Scalloped Potatoes

2 Cups Boiling Hot Water combined with 1 Tbsp Butter and 1/2 Cup of Hood Dairy Beverage. Once Butter is melted add in the sauce packet. In a small 8x8 baking dish that has been greased add the dehydrated potatoes. Pour combined ingredients over the potatoes and place in oven for 25 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly. Oven temp should be 450 degrees.
Makes 4.5 1/2 Cup servings.
