Caesar Vinegariette

Ingredients
3/4 cups olive oil1/4 cup white wine vinegar1.5 tsp Balsamic vinegar2 tbsp lemon juice (I may add a bit more next time, but I ran out of lemon )2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce0.24 tsp yellow mustard*1.5 tsp powdered garlic/6 cloves roasted garlic1 tbsp + 1.5 tsp cream cheese1/8 cup freshly grated parmesean cheese1/8 cup freshly grated asiago cheese1 tsp salt0.5 tsp black pepper0.25 tsp white pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients, blend, and let sit in the fridge for awhile.

(You may want to add a bit more garlic, or sub freshly roasted garlic for dried.)

This is super flavorful, and you really only need a small amount.

Makes 9.5 liquid ounces total

9.5 ounces = 57 US tsp = 19 US tbsp
