Madras Veggies

Ingredients
1 sweet potato10 baby carrots1 small onion1/2 cup peas2 medium russet potatoes1 medium sweet potato1 container veggie stockSeeds of Change Madras Simmer sauce
Directions
Cut the veggies into small pieces, place in a stock pot. Pour veggie stock over the veggies and bring to a boil. Simmer on low until veggies are soft. Pour Madras sauce over the veggies and mix well.
