Vegetable Chili

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil5 cloves crushed garlic2 tsp cajun spice1 tbs oregano2 tsp parsley1 can (12 oz) Light Beer1 tbs Vegetable Base (or vegetarian beef)1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes1 (20 oz) bag frozen yellow sweet corn1/2 cup frozen, cut okra1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained1 (16 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained1 (16 oz) can light red kidney beans, drained2 tbs Worcestershire sauce4 cups water**Garlic salt and hot sauce to taste.
Directions
Cook garlic and spices until fragrant.

Add beer to deglaze; add all other ingredients. Stir and simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Water should evaporate and texture becomes thick.
