Balsamic Vinagrette

1 cup olive oil1/2 cup balsamic vinegar2 tsp yellow mustard (spicy mustard is a nice option)1 tsp garlic (minced or powder)black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in sealed container, blender or food processor. Blend until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour over salad. Can be kept in refridgerator for several days. Bring to room temperature before serving to avoid olive oil clumping or thickening.
