Honey Ham Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
Onion, Green pepper, Carrots, Oregano, Garlic Salt, 16oz bag of Split peas
Directions
Sautee veggies with Garlic salt and dash of oregano while bag of rinse split peas begins to boil in 10 cup of water.
after boiling add veggies and 3 cups of diced honey ham.

cook at simmer until all is very tender and split peas are some and broken apart. 45 mins.
