Ingredients:*Chicken Breast, Ground, Perdue, 24 oz (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 4 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 8 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Black Olives, 16 super colossal (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)**Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 16 tbsp (remove)Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp (remove)
Saute the ground chicken with the onions & taco seasoning mix. Add the water & let simmer about 10 minutes or til' meat is thoroughly cooked through. Meanwhile, cut all the other veggies to your liking. To serve, build it the way you like it. I start with the lettuce, then veggies, meat, cheese, taco sauce & sour cream.
