Butternut Squash Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Challenge Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Sage, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)Rosemary, dried, .5 tbsp (remove)Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp (remove)*Soup, butternut squash, organic, low sodium, Trader Joe's, 4 cup (remove)*Trader Joe's Chevre with Honey, 6 oz (remove)Gruyere Cheese, 1.25 cup, shredded (remove)*Madeira Wine, 2 oz (remove)Goat Milk, .33 cup (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.33 cup (remove)*Barilla Plus Penne, 14 oz (remove)
Directions
pre heat oven to 375 degrees
saute finely chopped onions & garlic in the butter olive oil mixture
bring water to boil for pasta
Add herbs & wine, reduce
add milk & squash soup
melt chevre in to mixture
add pasta to boiling/ salted water
boil 7 minutes / drain water
add pasta & gruyere to sauce
pour in to a baking dish that has been sprayed with canola spray
top with bread crumbs & bake for 20-30 minutes on 375
