All Natural Ground Turkey Spaghetti

Ingredients
4-6 large tomatoes1-2 cups of waterOlive Oil4 cloves garlic, minced2 large green onion, chopped1 large summer squash (yellow), chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, slicedOreganoParmesan cheeseItalian seasoningOnion powderGarlic powderBasilLemon pepper2 lbs of ground turkey1 lb of spaghetti
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add tomatoes and cook until skin splits and tomatoes are soft (15-20 minutes). Drain and rinse in cold water. Remove skins and return tomatoes to the pot and mash them. Add 1 to 2 cups of water. Cover and simmer on low heat.

2. Meanwhile, spray or cover a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, onions, squash, green and red bell peppers and mushrooms. Slowly cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Stir vegetables into tomato sauce. Sprinkle each seasoning in sauce three times. Do this by sprinkling to cover layer. Stir into sauce, repeat twice.

4. Brown meat in large skillet and add lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder only. Repeat sprinkle process as with sauce.

5. Boil spaghetti in large pot.

6. Drain meat. Stir into sauce.

7. Rinse and drain spaghetti. Stir into sauce.


* If you want to make the sauce thicker, you can add tomato paste. To keep this all natural, add more tomatoes.
